Dr. Nurul Nadia Abd Aziz is a senior lecturer in Faculty of Business Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA Pahang, where she has been since 2007. She obtained a Bachelor of Economics specializing in Monetary Economics and a Master of Business specializing in Human Resource Management from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She received her Ph.D. in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2016.

Her primary research interests lie in the area of human resource management and entrepreneurship. Specifically, she is interested in research on female well-being, female entrepreneurs, and foreign maids. She has published on roughly twenty-five papers in national and international journals and proceedings. She has served on many workshop program committees and is the Editor-In-Chief of the e-Proceeding of the 2nd Business and Management Computing Research Colloquium (BMCRC2017).
