Dr. Nurul Nadia Abd Aziz is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Pahang, where she has served since 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Economics with a specialization in Monetary Economics and a Master of Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2016. She provides lectures, consultations, and supervision to students.
Her primary research interests lie in community well-being, with particular emphasis on work-life balance, women’s development, women’s business success, elderly care, childcare, domestic violence, pornography, and education. She has secured more than RM250,000 in research grants from both domestic and international sources. Her scholarly contributions include over 100 publications in indexed journals, books, book chapters, and conference proceedings.
